Developing the Desired Culture
A desired culture does not emerge in an organisation by chance. The desired/optimal culture must be clearly defined, meticulously cultivated and deliberately nurtured.
We are available to work with your organisation on achieving the emergence of a desired / optimal culture, as exemplified by the values, vision and mission of your organisation. Where there are no defined values, vision or mission in existence, we work with the organisation to define and create them.
Culture Audit
Even in a well tended garden, there will always be instances of occasional weeds mingling with, and diluting (stifling?) the plants being nurtured. The same applies to the development of organisational culture. Constant attention must be paid to culture in an organisation to minimise digression or dilution.
It is therefore critical for every organisation to periodically check the defined culture tenets against the reality on ground.

Starting Human Resources
We have worked with organisations in developing or starting their Human Resources Departments from scratch.
Typically, the process starts with the full outsourcing of all HR functions to us, following which we work with the top management to establish an internal HR function in alignment with the strategic objectives of the company. In this sense, we work jointly on developing all critical HR strategy and policy documents.
HR Audit & Transformation
In instances where an organisation needs to confirm the effectiveness of its HR programmes and the efficiency of its HR operations, we step in to evaluate the set standards, then evaluate the level of conformity with the set standards, and make recommendations to management, Thereafter, we work with internal stakeholders to implement approved recommendations. This is different from the routine Internal Audit examination of the HR department.
