Oluyemisi has 25 years’ experience in banking covering critical operational and support functions, with close to 15 years at top management level across banks.

She holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology and two MBAs (including the Bangor/CIBN MBA-Chartered Banker).  In addition to being an Honourary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), she is a Fellow of CIBN (FCIB) and the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA).

Oluyemisi holds other qualifications including Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS, issued by the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists),  Certified Information Systems Auditor (issued by ISACA), Certified Internal Auditor (issued by the Institute of Internal Auditors), Quality Management System Lead Implementer (awarded by the Professional Evaluation and Certification Board), Control Objectives for Information Technologies 5 (COBIT5 Foundation, awarded by APMG International), Associate of the Sustainability Professionals Institute of Nigeria (SPIN), and certification in Non-Interest Banking.

Her banking experience covers functional areas including Branch Administration, Customer Service, Transaction Services (Branch Operations),  Anti-Money Laundering/Compliance, Audit & Investigations, Internal Control, Business Process Reengineering, and Total Quality Management across Guaranty Trust Bank and

Lotus Bank Nigeria Limited, where she served as Chief Audit Executive on the General Manager grade.
